Can I disable anonymous FTP access?

Anonymous FTP is disabled by default on all accounts. The existence of an anonymous FTP user in your list of FTP accounts does not mean that anonymous FTP access is enabled.

We do not recommend using anonymous FTP as it is a security risk - it allows any person access without having to identify themselves.
