You can see copies of any emails we have sent to you during the past 6 years by logging in to your Client Area.
On the right hand side of the navigation bar there is a dropdown menu alongside "Hello, your name!", if you click on this and select "Email History" you will find copies of every email that we have sent to you during the past 6 years.
If your New Account Information email is not there (i.e. you opened your account more than 6 years ago) please open a ticket with Sales Support who will send you a copy.
